If you don’t know me well, then you likely haven’t heard me go on and on about the Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition (FACC), located in St. Louis, MO. I first heard about the FACC around 2012 or so through my employer, who was letting its’ employees know about volunteering opportunities coming up, so I grabbed a friend and signed up to volunteer for their Christmas program called Little Wishes.
I was hooked! I’ve been volunteering for them for over ten years now, and it’s something that I look forward to each year. I am on their mailing list, their volunteer coordinator has my direct email and will reach out for certain things, and I am hoping against hope to begin fostering children at some point in time!
I recently received an email about Foster Hope Day, which is November 3rd this year. It’s a day meant for virtual giving to help the foster families and children currently within the FACC system.
To make it even sweeter for YOU to donate to the cause, for every $10.00 you donate, you get put into a raffle to win one of several amazing-sounding prizes!
