A celebration of differences and uniqueness!  This lovely children’s book follows it’s namesakes, Livi & Grace around, describing all of the differences between them.  Quiet, loud, playful, sporty, each girl has her very own and very different traits.  They are what make each girl her true self!  A lot can be learned from these two…how to be yourself and appreciate and love the differences that make everyone up!

This book is an excellent reminder to all kids  (and adults too) that our differences make us unique!  Being different is amazing and fun!  Everyone can bring their ideas and way of thinking to the forefront!  Blending in or doing “what the cool kids” are doing is sometimes what everyone does as we’re scared to be different from our peers.

But, as we all know, all that will do is make you miserable, and we certainly don’t want the littles in our lives being miserable!  So go and get your copy of this gem today (found on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other major book outlets) that’s written by Jennifer Lynch and illustrated by Missi Jay! Be sure also to check out Jennifer Lynch’s stationary and clothing line, titled You Are Good!

Ms Lynch has her own website where you can gather more information about her work, her girls, and her product line! https://www.jenniferlynchbooks.com/

Missi Jay is a super talented illustrator and you can find more out about her on the Gigglebox website: https://www.gigglebox.net/

What do you think makes you different from your peers?  Are you outgoing, a loner, a bookworm (me, me, me!) What about your kids?  My two boys are similar in appearance but have quite the opposite personalities so far, and I can’t wait to see how they keep maturing and evolving as they grow!

Love ya,

Kelly Ann
