Chocolate and wine. You know it and I know it. A good chocolate, preferably dark for me, and a glass of some wine. Mmmmmm….. just what the doctor ordered.
Let’s start with chocolate. Specifically, some Liquor Whaaat chocolates – shaped like the cutest little beaver – filled with a delectable, melt-in-your-mouth creamy, boozy center. Comes in milk or dark chocolate flavors!
The dark chocolate comes with a RUM truffle cream filling – and the milk chocolate comes with a CHAMPAGNE cream filling!
What could go wrong, right? I brought these goodies over to my in-laws right around Thanksgiving, and they were the perfect after dinner snack! (Keep AWAY from the kiddos, lol!)
Now, onto the wine. Specifically, Joyus wine! The TOP non-alcoholic wine in the world. Winner of multiple awards, including double gold, gold, silver & bronze; in the states & internationally!
I received this amazing, award winning bottle of Joyus Sparkling Rose, and just popped it open tonight! We had Chinese for dinner, and this glass went really well with my plate!
I have never had a “non-alcoholic” wine. This truly tasted just like wine! I was shocked!! The bottle made a great POP when it was opened and fizzed wonderfully when the hubby poured my glass!
The only downside with wine is that it never lasts long enough for me 😂. Know what I mean?! The upside (a HUGE upside) is being able to participate at special events even if you’re trying to cut back on your alcohol intake, or if you’re pregnant, or whatever the reason may be!
Being able to indulge, without indulging, is the best!
