Meet Cole, a certified genius in the 6th grade. Cole was born with a connective tissue disorder called Epidermolysis Bullosa. He’s been battling this disease his whole life, and the phenomenal folks at the Chive got wind of him and his family.
Leave it to them to shed some light on this disease, along with Cole and his family! 🙂 I had a whole other post planned out for today, but if you’re anything like me, kids in need take precedence over most other things.

The lowdown:
The Chivers have already SMASHED the family’s goal of $20,000 to buy him a fantastic new tub that he desperately needed! Anything above and beyond that goal will help make Cole’s life a little bit sweeter. I don’t know about you, but I hope that if anything ever happened to my kids where I needed help, I’d have folks helping me out too!

I have so many more things I’d love to add to this post, but the writers over at the Chive already did such an amazing job! I hope you’ll take a moment out of your day to read their post and see what this is really all about! That being said, there are some fairly graphic pics on there due to Cole’s medical condition! So please be prepared – and you may want to have a tissue (or 10) handy!
