I don’t know about you, but my full-time job consists of me staring at a computer screen up to eight hours a day. My mommy job consists of me playing the ScrabbleGo app on my phone occasionally to drown out the fighting/wrestling matches (as long as they’re not hurt, we’re good, right?!) My side-hustle, is this blog right here.

So, more computer/tablet/phone time! My eyes deal with the Blue Light dilemma always. Have you heard of Blue Light? Any idea what it can do? Hint, it’s not all good! Check out All About Visions’ article explaining Blue Light here. However, the people over at VitEyes have tried to take control of the situation.

The majority of folks spend upwards of ten hours a day looking at some sort of screen. If you’re reading this, you probably do too. Not that there is ANYTHING wrong with that at all, but it can be somewhat harmful to your eye health! Which is where VitEyes comes in!

Tricia Kent from Public Relation Divas reached out to me via email with some information on the products and offered to send me a sample. Well, sign me up as this was right up my alley. I’ve been taking the VitEyes Blue Light Defender + capsules for about two weeks now. Boy, can I see (get it, hahaha!?) a difference!

I’ve noticed a decrease in the number of headaches I’ve been having, which I didn’t credit to screen time, but it doesn’t surprise me. I popped over to the VitEyes website to check them out once I received the samples, and they’ve broken down everything well! From how the Blue Light can harm your eyes, to the vitamins and minerals that can change all of that!

They have tips and tricks listed to help you try to minimize the damage you may be causing your eyes. As well as several links that prompt you to “try it now!” With the code BLUE you can get $5.00 off! I have no idea how long VitEyes will have that coupon out there for, so you may want to try them soon! $5.00 is $5.00, am I right?! I highly recommend giving it a go! What have you got to lose?! (Headaches, maybe?!)

One of the problems I know that I, personally, have with eye health is that I do NOT eat well. Some of the things that can benefit eye health are dark, leafy greens, and seafood. Well, count me out totally for seafood, and the salads I do eat, probably have more cheese and dressing than they do leafy greens! 😉

Since I don’t come by the vitamins and minerals a more natural way, these capsules they sent me work just great! Their website also lists several other types of vitamins and minerals they have as well! So if you’re in the market for trying to have better eye health, or in the market for vitamins/minerals in general, go check them out!

One of the other products they sent me was their VitEyes Tear Support. So, I suffer from allergies pretty terribly, year-round. I’m not one of those folks that only suffers on occasion! Their VitEyes Tear Support is specifically for allergy season, and they’ve been helping me to avoid a common irritant known as DRY-EYE. Dry eye is so annoying! It’s nice to have a product that helps to combat that! It doesn’t work perfectly, but I have noticed it helps!! A little help is more than I had before!

Let me know what you think in the comments! The VitEyes folks have more ups going for them than they do downs! Thanks, Tricia, for sending me these samples! I love them! Oooh, I also got a nifty pair of UV-reducing glasses! (I looked on their site for these, and I wasn’t able to find them….so, let me know if you do! They’re super comfy!) **Please excuse the gray hair, as my stylist hasn’t been working due to COVID!*

Curious about some other things I’ve reviewed? This fantastic cat litter, Pretty Litter – I can’t do with it! Another vitamin I recently reviewed, which is excellent and can be added to your water, is called Root’d! Then there are these phenomenal nails too!

Love ya,

Kelly Ann
