I’m speaking both past and present here lol. I don’t have a massive following on here yet, but for those who DO follow me and try to read my stuff, sorry I have been MIA! My last post was from 8/28! Lol, that’s a long time not to post anything, and boy, am I behind!

I think I’ve mentioned a few times here and there that we were moving. Well, we have finally moved! We’ve been sleeping in our new home a little over a week now, and it’s certainly an adjustment. But when needs must, they say.

We’re about an hour or so south of where we lived before, right outside of St. Louis, MO. I was doing some reflecting over the weekend, when I realized that we lived in our prior house for exactly two years. We had moved into our last home Labor Day weekend of 2018. Crazy how things can change and time just keeps going on.

Seriously, my life is crazy sometimes LOL…

Tristan, 2018 – not quite a year old!

The more I thought about it, the crazier it gets. Not only did we just move after only two years in that home, but each of our kids have lived in 3 separate homes…in a three year span. To put that into perspective for YOU, our youngest son will be TURNING THREE this upcoming January. Which at first, upset me a bit, but then I realized that life is an adventure. Our is CERTAINLY an adventure and we are always on the go.

Tristan, 2020 – almost three and totally crazy!

This is just one more stop along the way. I’m hopeful that this house will be our forever home, just like I hoped the last one would be. Because, gosh darn, I HATE moving. We’re still not done with this one. The majority of HUGE things have been moved.

But then we still have all of the random, small things you don’t necessarily think about. Plus, a lot of our furniture was perfect for the last house, but is a bit bulky in this home. So, there’s that issue. We will definitely have to down-size a bit, but that gives us more space, so it’s OK by me!

Plus, the fun isn’t over until your old house is SOLD, right?! So, next up is the cleaning phase. Oh, joy (can you see me rolling my eyes here?) I know it’s a necessity, but it is my least favorite part of adulting LOL! Have any cleaning tips for me? Leave me a comment!

In addition….

Amidst all of this craziness, my work is down-sizing, and I recently found out that I’ll be moving to a position under a new manager. But I haven’t been informed who that might be – and if you know me at all, you know that is driving me insane! I hate not knowing lol!

On top of that, I signed up to be an ambassador for both ColorStreet nail polish strips (here’s a link to my post about these beauties!), as well as UsBorne books (Here’s a link to my post all about these exquisite books.). It’s quite the undertaking, but I’ve never been one to back away from a challenge, so there’s that! Let me know if you want or need a sample of the nail polish strips or information on the books!

I do bring this all on myself though, so it’s my own issue LOL

Hopefully, once my life settles just a bit, I’ll be able to get back to blogging more frequently! I have a giant list of books to share with you, as well as a ton of new toys and items I’ve been gifted to review! I hope to hear back from you and hope you had a good day celebrating Labor Day as we did! (We explored our new area, and even went to Sikeston for some of Lambert’s famed THROWED ROLLS!)

Love ya,

Kelly Ann
